Alot has changed since my last post hasn't it? America has begun a new era. Several days later and it is still unbelievable. I will never forget the moment I heard the words & saw the announcement that Barack Obama was elected President of the United States of America.
I do not expect perfection from the new President-elect. I realize I will not agree with all of his decisions and he will have a hard time fulfilling all of the campaign pledges. However, I am confident he will give thought, not rash emotion to decisions, he will lead his adminstration - not be lead by others. Intelligence is wonderful, I believe Obama will lead with a measure of wisdom as well.
One thing that stood out among a behind the scenes article I read this week, his comment to his friend and advisor Ms. Jarrett - "what if I disappoint these people" for me it spoke to the fact he realizes he has awaken a dream in the public and it brings a great measure of responsibility.
May God continue to bless and protect America, her citizens & the Obama Family.
Hi there! {waves}
I just wanted to stop by and bring "Merry Christmas" greetings!
Isaiah 9:6 (NKJV)
For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."
Peace, blessings and DUNAMIS!
